All returned items must be postmarked 14 days after receiving.  (Shipping not included for returns) Please contact us at  We will issue you a return form. 

Store credit only will be refunded.

Before returning an item, please ensure that it meets all requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, tags intact, and without stains, animal residue or odor.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box. Shoe box must not be damaged or worn.


All returns will be issued store credit, in the form of a discount code, via email that can be used online within three (3) months of issuance.  Amount of store credit will not include shipping.  Please allow five business days for processing.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items or items marked 'final sale', or 'non refundable'. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
